Descrizione
The houses are on one or two levels, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub and well-appointed.
They are newly built, provided by fully equipped kitchen, Satellite TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, air conditioning (sometimes with a mobile unit), garden and/or terrace with outdoor furniture, and free adjacent parking.
From the houses is easy to reach the services and the long white beaches of Chia, bordered by sandy dunes. Among the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia, we reccomend “Su Giudeu”, a valuable broad expanse of white sand.
Check-in/Check-out information
Arrivals and Departures free: check-in time from 5.00 to 8.00 pm; check-out time at h.10.00 am.
Minimum Stay: 7 nigths. All arrivals after h. 8.00 pm must be communicated in advance. In case of failure to notify and however after h. 01.00 am, customers will be welcomed and accommodated the next day. Arrivals between h. 09.00 pm and h. 01.00 am are subject to an additional fee.

The distance from the sea
From 1000 to 1800 meters from the first beaches of golden sand. Within 3 km you can reach many beautiful beaches and coves.
The distance from the town centre
Domus de Maria, the nearest village, is about 6 km. Near the houses, there are some services for shopping, restaurants and pizzerias (ca. 1000/1500 mt)

Check-in point is about 5/6 km from the apartments. Staff will drive guests to their apartment free of charge.

Possibility to rent cars, scooters and bicycles; marine services, yachting renting facilities; diving center, beach umbrellas and loungers at sandy beaches, at a surcharge. Nearby Chia Golf Club (18 hole Pitch & Putt) and 15 km Golf Course Is Molas (18 +9 holes)
